If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) (excluding any shipping fees). If your return is not accepted (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or outside the return window), we will notify you, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@unzilastore.com . We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and while we will do our best to accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be processed if the order has already been shipped.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process will also be at the customer’s expense. Please contact us for further instructions if you are returning an international order.
